There is something that is seldom discussed: SEO and email marketing, or, more specifically, how email marketing can be helpful to your SEO efforts. Ideally, your efforts to promote your website should not be limited to SEO alone. Digital marketing is a complex affair, and its various aspects can work effectively together to bring targeted traffic and conversions. Email marketing is a big subject, but I will only talk here about how email marketing can assist your SEO efforts. You may get there utilities for email marketing at http://email.abot.co/ .

As you know, the two pillars of successful SEO are killer content and quality backlinks. The ultimate point of SEO is goal conversion. How can email marketing help?

Content. Creating content is hard work. As it is created, we want to get the most mileage out of it. Newbies at web marketing often make the mistake of reusing the same content on the Web, for example, by putting the very same article on their primary website and then also on blogs and in article directories, for the benefit of backlinks. But in the eyes of search engines such “reprints” merely create duplicate content, and this tends to hurt your site’s SEO and also reduces the value of those backlinks. However, although this may change in the future, at present search engines don’t read or index email messages. If you have a mailing list, you can create a newsletter and circulate it to your subscribers by email and also publish it on your site without any worries about content duplication. That’s double mileage out of the same content.

Backlinks. These are the backbone of SEO. One of the challenges in link building is getting potential readers to know that you have got fresh fantastic content up there. Marketers are increasingly aware that social network promotion can be helpful in this department, but they sometimes forget that good old email works just as well! Use your email newsletter to let your subscribers know you have updated your site; include links to the new pages with brief descriptions. This will drive interested traffic to those pages, hopefully winning you backlinks if people see value in your content. Linking miracles can happen if your email newsletter goes viral via forwarding.

Goal conversion. Especially if your product or service has a long, complex sales cycle, you should not rely on SEO alone to retain your prospects. Sometimes potential customers spend whole months doing due diligence before they commit to buying this or that solution. They often start with informational, not commerce-oriented search queries. People may first find your site through such a query, but then they may easily forget the query they used and the fact that they bookmarked your URL. However, if you get them to subscribe to your newsletter, you can keep building trust and branding through the entire length of the sales cycle. In this scenario email marketing does not necessarily improve your SEO as such, but it helps it achieve its goal.

So here are some tips that will help you develop email marketing intelligently in conjunction with your SEO:

1. Use a legitimate mailing list. Absolutely do not send spam. Spam is illegal in some parts of the world. In the US it is illegal under the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003. Never buy or rent mailing lists even if they are touted as “opt-in.” A purchased email list is never opt-in; it is always a spam list. If you send spam, you will be reported, and blocked by ISPs, harassed by SpamCop, blacklisted. Not only your email address but your whole domain may find itself on blacklists and blacklists, which can’ be good for your SEO either. If you are on a shared IP address, other users will suffer too. So how do you build a genuine list?
2. Create a signup center on your site, visible from all pages. You can also use other techniques to get people to sign up. For example, take them to the signup page when they click on “Lean more” information links. Or create pop-ups inviting them to sign-up once they have posted a blog comment. Always let them know that you won’t share their information (and be true to your promise).
3. The most reliable form of email subscription is “verified opt-in” or “double opt-in.” People opt-in by signing up and are then invited to validate their subscription by following a link in the confirmation email sent to them. This has been show to significantly reduce the number of spam complaints. (Yes, people can report your messages as spam even if they have properly subscribed!)
4. Provide a lot of terrific content on your site before expecting visitors to sign up. Use nice charts and graphs a lot in your information: many readers perceive them as signs of expertise. Anther way to get these email address is search them directly. All email address public at web pages is default for receiving email without permit. With Abot Email Searcher, you may obtain them easily.
5. Always include your company’s physical address in each email message. (This is required by the CAN-SPAM Act.)
6. Always include an easy unsubscribe option, preferably via a live link. (This also honors the CAN-SPAM Act).
7. Do not bombard your subscribers with messages that are pure marketing. Create a genuine and informative newsletter. At least 95% or so of each message should consist of free, high quality, valuable information. Giving away free value is the way of modern digital marketing, and falling away from it puts you at a significant disadvantage.
8. Invest in a sophisticated email marketing program that enables you to create beautiful HTML messages in a WYSWYG (”what you see is what you get”) editor. You can then reuse the HTML on your site. Alternatively, such software often has the ability to “fetch” a page of your site from a URL and use it as the body of your message.
9. Sequence and automate your email marketing campaigns with autoresponders. Most email marketing software today supports schedulers and event-triggered autoresponders. This is a big subject that can be researched independently.
10. Track delivery and open rates. The best email marketing applications today have this ability. You will know how many of your messages bounced, how many ended up in a junk folder, how many made it into the inbox, how many were opened, and how many had the links in them followed to your website.
11. Invest in a good SMTP (email delivery) services, don’t just send via your regular email provider. Such a service can provide you with a dedicated email server and IP, scale and monitor your email campaigns, authenticate your emails and perform reputation management for you, including dealing with spam reports, ISP blocks and blacklistings (they call this black list resolution). (PM me if you like, I used to work in email delivery, know quite a bit about this stuff and can give you more tips.)
12. Avoid the language of spam in your messages, so as not to trigger spam filters. Such words as “price,” “discount,” “save” and even “free” can easily get your message blocked. Don’t try to be clever and write “fr3e” or “d1$c0unt” — it will only make things worse.
13. Keep your mailing list clean; automate the deletion of bouncing addresses (usually your email marketing software can easily process such bounces). A high bounce rate is a sign of spam to the ISPs.
14. Test, analyze and adjust your campaigns to maximize their efficiency. Look into A/B split testing and multivariate testing.
15. Include a prominent FTAF (”forward to a friend”) link.
16. Include a link to the Web version of your newsletter within the email version: that way, when a plagiarist steals your newsletter and puts it on a website, which sometimes happens, the plagiarized piece will is still linking to your site and possibly driving some traffic to you.
17. Using reliable software, such as Abot Group Mailer for bulk email sending.

There are many way to increase backlink for you site. Now our marketing site www.m981.com recommends you the following ways.

1. An easy way to gather backlinks is with article marketing. There are some people who say article marketing doesn’t work. They’re wrong. Article marketing allows for gathering a lot of keyword anchored backlinks. While ezinearticles is the biggest by far, there are literally hundreds of article directories out there that will take your article and give you links in return. Consider automated programs or services to help you send out these articles so you don’t have to waste time sending them out manually.

2. A side from article marketing, there are also certain “do follow” social bookmarking sites. Most social bookmarking is no follow, meaning Google doesn’t count them (although Yahoo still does). Look for do follow social bookmarking for an easy smattering of backlinks. These aren’t great backlinks, but they pass juice and to get good SEO rankings you need to build backlinks of all types.

3. Link directories. There are good link directories and bad link directories. DMOZ.org is famous as the best, and for being virtually impossible to get into. Look for human edited directories that never accept adult content, gambling, or other spam type topics. A lot of article directories require a “reciprocal link.” Reciprocal backlinks aren’t as good as one way backlinks, so make a links page. This way one weak website page can have all those directory links out while your home page gets all their backlinks to you. They’re still better than nothing, and there are literally hundreds available for most websites.

4. Contact other website or blog owners. Many offer reciprocal links, or many will be willing to look at your site and review it if you ask. More backlinks.

5. Guest blogging. Make a post that gives the blog owner free content, and often in return you will get a link or two back to your website. This is a great way to gather backlinks for your website and/or blog.

6. Keep it up over time. Building backlinks is the most important part of getting your website flying up the search engine rankings, and it’s a time thing, as well. Keep it up over time with these strategies, and now you see that building backlinks doesn’t have to be intimidating.

7. Bulk email sending for more visitors. Using some email bulker, such as Abot Group Mailer (http:// bulk-mailer.abot.co), to send mass email instantly. Some of your receipts may release or quoted your email marketing content as they publish content on the web.

Here is Some Explaination About Impressions of Bing Search

The entire panel quite recently underwent a refresh. So, there is much more now, that you can do with the tools inside. It is quite simple to use, with a tidy interface, and you will not be hampered in any, as you can easily navigate through it for any data that you are looking for. Using these tools will give you a clear insight into what your site is missing and what errors have crept in, so that you can rectify your ways. Also if the reports tell you where you are doing good, then you can built on the same. Follow these instructions to sign up and use Bing’s Webmaster Tools.

How To Sign Up:

Head on to Bing’s Webmaster Tools and sign in with the Windows Live User ID

Your User Dashboard:
Once you are in, you come to the dashboard. From this page you can:

  • Add or Remove Sites
  • Click on a site to get to its dashboard
  • Receive Messages from Bing
  • Export data

Adding A site – Click the “Add Site” button. Go and add your site address in the pop-up box.

Add-A-site

Verifying the Site - You can verify the site in two ways, and in both cases, you have to add a verification code to the site. You can choose either of these methods to verify your site:

  1. Place an XML file on your web server
  2. Copy and paste a meta tag in your default web page.

It is recommended that you take the meta tag route, however, take up the verification method that you are comfortable with. Once you are sure- click the “Verify” button.

There! You are in! Now you will get separate reports for every site.

Your Site’s Dashboard -Each site you have in Bing’s webmaster tools has its own dashboard. Get an overview of each site on these parameters:

  • Traffic summary
  • Index summary
  • Crawl summary
  • Crawl errors

Dashboard

There are also links to these – Clicks (%) -This tells you the number of users who clicked on your website’s link displayed on the Bing SERPs.

Impressions (%) – The site link impressions that were displayed in the search results.

Pages Indexed (%) - The pages on your site that were indexed

Pages Crawled – The pages on your site that were crawled

But we will explore the main parameters, starting with Traffic Summary-

Traffic Summary: Inside the Traffic Summary tab you have 2 options:

  1. Traffic Summary
  2. Page Summary

Traffic Summary - The page gives you the freedom to slide back and forth to shorten or lengthen the history of the data you are looking at. Understanding the chart is made simple with color coded lines to show overall impressions versus clicks. The entire presentation is pretty clean for you to understand and grasp easily.

Traffic-Summary

The second chart on the traffic summary page tells you about the search query performance. You will get to know the keywords that get the clicks and impressions.

The data displayed mainly covers these parameters:

  • Keyword
  • Impressions
  • Clicks
  • CTR
  • The Average Position your listing was in when the impression was gained
  • Average Position of your listing when a click was earned

Study this as a whole or separately and understand where you are going wrong or even how you can increase your CTR. You can also work more on a keyword that is doing well.

Page Traffic - This report is similar to the Traffic Summary page with the exception of the bottom chart, which shows page level metrics. Just click on a page and you will get a keyword summary, very much like the initial chart. This will let you evaluate the pages which will do better after a refresh on title tags and meta descriptions for possible increase in click through rates.

Index Summary: The index summary page shows the index rate of your selected site for a period of the last 6 months. There are tools to see the report for a specific time frame too, instead of the 6 months frame. It has these tabs:

Index Explorer – With this tool you can get alerted to HTTP code problems. Or even confirm correct implementation of 301 directs among other things. This tool lets you search for pages where malware has been identified by the Bing bot. There are other options available for you to explore: Document size; Inbound links to the page; Block cache and block URL options for that particular page.

Index-Explorer

Submit URLs – This tab lets you submit URLs that you would like to request a recrawl or an initial crawl on. The URL allowance is limited so you must be careful to save them for more important pages on your site.

Submit-URL

Block URLs – This is pretty basic- Here you select pages, directories, or an entire site to block from indexing and/or Bing’s cache.

Inbound Links – This tab allows you to view the number of inbound links to your site. You can export these links to a .csv file which is quite handy. Here you are presented with a historical chart which you can adjust with the slider below it. Below these charts you will get to see the pages on your site with inbound links. Choose a page and you’ll see the linking URLs and the corresponding anchor text.

Inbound-Links

Deep Links – Bing’s Deep links are links that you get from Bing itself.

URL Normalization – Deal with duplicate content issues with this tool. This tool is a blessing for the e-commerce sites. But you must be really careful as to not get rid of relevant URLs and content from the site. Bing advises that you can combine this tool with the use of the canonical tag and ensure that there is less duplicate content on your site.

Crawl Summary: Provides charts on the pages crawled and pages with crawl errors. There are detailed options you can explore here:

Crawl Settings – This tab lets you to set up custom crawl rates for each individual site. If you want the bot to crawl during off-peak hours. Or when you are running some promotions at certain times and want to limit bandwidth usage to visitors rather than Bing’s bot. You can use the timeframes and set up the exact time using your server’s location.

Crawl Settings

Crawl Details – This page provides you with an updated overview of what’s covered in the Crawl Summary. You get to see in depth information about errors, redirects, malware, and exclusions detected by Bing during the last crawl of your site.

Sitemaps

Sitemaps – This tab is the place to upload a new sitemap or see when you sitemap was last uploaded. For XML sitemaps, double check your submission with the Sitemaps.Org protocol.

To Conclude: Using Bing’s Webmaster Tools is really essential to monitor your site’s performance. Now that you know how to do this, get started now!

What is Email Address

To be able to start looking for someone’s address, you need to understand how email addresses are composed. In general, email addresses have two parts: your email name (also called user name or email ID) and your email domain, separated by an @: emailName@emailDomain.

Domains are unique identifiers for the organization that manages the email accounts. They are covered more extensively in Domain Names. Some examples are

whitehouse.gov – the United States White House
ibm.com – International Business Machines, Incorporated
aol.com – America On-Line internet access provider
arc.nasa.gov – the Ames Research Center of the National Aeronautics and Space Association

Our custom service email address is help@aboter.com. So, this email ID is help and aboter.com is its domain.

The @ symbol is pronounced “at” and all periods are pronounced “dot”. Thus this email address is pronounced “help at aboter dot com”.

Email domain are explicitly and always case insensitive. The address help@aboter.com is exactly equivalent to Help@Aboter.com.

Finding Email Addresses

Many people are disappointed that there is not a master list of all the email addresses in the world. There isn’t one for much the same reason that there isn’t a book that has the work telephone number for every person in the world. To make such a master email directory complete, every organization that provides email service for its members would have to submit all additions or removals to a master list. Not only would this be a headache for every email service, but some international body would have to be created to administer it.

Who would pay for maintaining the master list? Who would make sure that the master list wasn’t abused? Many people would feel that such a list would be an inappropriate use of private information. They would go whatever lengths that they could to keep their email address out of the database. Therefore, you will have to resort to one of the following methods to find your correspondent’s address.

Search the Web For Email Address

The most common way to look for someone’s email address is to search for the key word on the Web with search engineer, or check the web pages directly to one site. For example, if you are looking for the email about travel industry, you can just search “travel contact” in Google or Bing, and the result will show the web pages related with these words. Most of the email address in these pages are what you want. The operation for it as the following chart.
find someone's email address
Any other way for this is, that you may search the related web site directly, which was shown above.
